Barbara Ann Hurt was born on December 3, 1947, in Savannah, Tennessee, the daughter of the late J.C. and Lizzie Deshazier Smith.
Barbara retired from Wal- Mart. She attended Riverview Baptist Church. You could always find her watching a ballgame, especially the Atlanta Braves.
Barbara Ann Hurt departed this life on August 11, 2023 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 75 years, 8 months, and 8 days.
She is survived by her sons, Charlie Hurt and Joe Hurt both of Savannah, Tennessee; sisters, Tammy Neill and Patsy Beam of Savannah, Tennessee; brother, James Smith of Savannah, Tennessee; and grandchildren, Callie Hurt, Casen Hurt, Levi Hurt, Allie Rich, and Alex Haynes.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Hurt; and brother, Charles Smith.
