BEATRICE MEEK MCAULAY
was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on July 12, 1921 the daughter of the late Jessie Miller and Lillie Ann Davis Meek.
On October 15, 1938 she was united in marriage James Floyd McAulay, who preceded his wife in death on August 9, 1978.
Mrs. McAulay worked for 16 years as a Inventory Control Supervisor for Wonder Bread. She was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, where she taught Sunday School for over 50 years. Mrs. McAulay drove the church van for many years, she would pickup children and feed them before going to church. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, babysitting and quilting. She loved her family and extended family.
Mrs. McAulay departed this life on November 16, 2016 at her residence in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 95 years, 4 months and 4 days.
She is survived by her daughter, Barbara K. Boyd of Memphis, Tennessee.

one niece, Linda S. Powell Barstow and her husband David of Belleville, Michigan and one nephew, Larry Powell and his wife Ava of Sardis, Tennessee

Mrs. McAulay is also survived by a host of family and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one niece, Patsy Ann Powell Campbell and one sister, Lorene Meek Powell.
