Becky Crouse Peterson, known lovingly as “Bec Bec” passed away on April 21, 2026, at the age of 67.

Becky was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, whose life centered around the people she loved most. She shared 42 wonderful years of marriage with her husband Gary, building a life full of laughter, family and lasting memories.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Tara Leech(Ronnie) and Dana Scott(Dustin) and her bonus daughters, Crystal King(Joe) and Amanda Webb(Jason).

Her legacy continues though her cherished grandchildren: Daulton Duke(Chloe), McKinley Morris(Hunter), and Delani Scott; as well as her bonus grandchildren, Alyson Holley(Tiger), Alex Webb, Payton Leech, and Madelyn Leech(Nathan).

Becky is also survived by her brothers Nickey Crouse(Mitzi), Anthony Crouse(Teresa), and Stanley Crouse.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Tommy and Mozelle Crouse, and her sister Cindy Lewis.

She is further survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family who loved her dearly.

Becky dedicated 25+ years of her career to Mighty Auto Products, where she was known for her hard work and commitment. Outside of work, she found her greatest use in time was spent with her family. She loved bowling, making memories at the river, and spending time with friends. She also had a special place in her heart for her beloved little dog, Riley Joe, who brought her comfort. Becky also loved being outdoors-planting flowers, tending to garden, and feeding her humming birds.

In retirement, Becky embraced a life she truly loved-living full time at the river, where the days blended together between binge watching a series with her husband and taking a nap at anytime during the day.

She will be remembered by her big beautiful smile, her piercing blue eyes, and the deep love she had for her family and friends.

Becky’s presence will be deeply missed, but the memories she created will continue on in all that knew and loved her.

Memorial services will be 4:00 PM Saturday April 25, 2026, at Shackelford Funeral Directors - Crook Avenue Chapel with Ken Frye officiating. 

The family will receive friends at Crook Avenue on Saturday from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM service time.
