Ben Burks of Selmer, TN departed this life on September 21, 2016 in his home at the age of 42 Years, 11 Months, 10 Days. He was born October 11, 1973 in Jackson, TN the son of the late Charles Wayne Burks and Frances Hines Burks.
Ben was a 1992 graduate of Adamsville High School. He was a welder prior to becoming disabled in an accident in 2000.
He is survived by two sisters, Lisa Horton and husband Lynn of Selmer, TN, Linda George and husband Terrell, also of Selmer; a brother, Brooks (Sonny) Ross of Stantonville, TN; a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Memorials may be made to United Way of McNairy County.
