Bertha Mae Hurley

Bertha Mae Pearson Hurley was born on April 7, 1945 in Cheyenne, Wyoming, the daughter of the late Tommy Wayne and Elizabeth Walls Pearson.

She was united in marriage to Elbert Hurley, who preceded his wife in death on September 13, 2004.

Mrs. Hurley worked as a seamstress for garment factories.

Bertha Mae Pearson Hurley departed this life on January 3, 2025 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 79 years, 8 months, and 27 days.

She is survived by her brother, Phillip Pearson (Pat) of Barlow, Kentucky; grandchildren, Jessie Hurley and Brandie Hurley; and great grandchild, Bentley Stanfield.

In addition to her parents and husband, Bertha Mae was preceded in death by her son, Rickie Hurley; daughter, Sandra Hurley Goodwin; and 12 brothers and sisters.
