BERTHA MCCASLANDwas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on August 23, 1934 the daughter of the late John and Rosie Worley Carroll.She was united in marriage to Andy Irvin McCasland, who preceded his wife in death in 1978.Mrs. McCasland was a homemaker. She lived in Portageville, Missouri for 40 years. Mrs. McCasland was a member of Mt. View Church of Christ. She enjoyed sewing, quilting and going to yardsales.Mrs. McCasland departed this life on May 27, 2011 in Missouri at the age of 76 years, 9 months and 4 days.She is survived by 2 daughters, Carolyn Pate of Gosnell, Arkansas and Wanda Matlock of Portageville, Missouri.one son, Josh McCasland of Portageville, Missouri6 granchildren and 10 great grandchildren2 sisters, Mary Ferrell of Savannah, Tennessee and Faye White of Granite City, Illinois.In addition to her parents and her husband, she was also preceded in death by one grandchild, 9 brothers and sisters.
