Mrs. Carraway passed away on Tuesday morning, February 18, 2014, at Signature Healthcare in Memphis.
Mrs. Carraway was born in Walnut, Mississippi February 10, 1925 to the late Andrew H. and Eliza Bridges Voyles. On November 15, 1953, she was united in marriage to Mr. William Dewey Carraway who preceded her in death April 22, 2001. She was a member of the Grey Road Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Among her survivors are sons, William A. Carraway of Bartlett and Jimmy D. Russell of Memphis; a brother, Andrew Voyles and a granddaughter, Stacy L. Carraway.
