Betty Ruth Andrews

Betty Ruth Dixon Andrews of Waynesboro, TN was born January 4, 1932 in Wayne Co., TN, the daughter of the late Willie Loyd and Coral Clayton Dixon. She married Harry Andrews on August 26, 1950, was a homemaker and a member of Green River Baptist Church.

Mrs. Andrews departed this life, Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 85 Years, 10 Months, 8 Days.

She is survived by her husband, Harry Andrews and sons, Mike (Michael) Andrews and Matthew Andrews all of Waynesboro, TN; a daughter, Regina Frederick, husband Larry of Sevierville, TN; grandsons, Cory Andrews and Andrew and Brad Frederick; a grt-grandson, Reed Tyler Andrews; a brother, Oscar Dixon of Noblesville, IN; sisters, Billie Jean Kimbrell of Noblesville, IN and Mary Tom Frakes of Loretto, TN.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Andrews was preceded in death by a grandson, Zachary Tyler Andrews and sisters, Sue Martin and Ruby Duckworth.

Services will be Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Kerry Franks officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 15, 2017 from 10 am until service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Cory Andrews, Andy Frederick, Brad Frederick.
