BETTY JO BAKERwas born in Winchester, Tennessee on July 14, 1934 the daughter of the late Joseph Samuel Coffelt and Jesse Anderson Rogers. On July 30, 1960 she was united in marriage to T. J. Baker, who preceded his wife in death on January 27, 2009.Mrs. Baker was a homemaker. She was a member of Church of God in Clifton, Tennessee. Mrs. Baker enjoyed dollmaking. She was very loving, she loved her children, grandchildren, the church and worshipping the Lord. Mrs. Baker was a former resident of Knoxville, Tennessee and Clifton, Tennessee.Mrs. Baker departed this life on October 3, 2011 in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 77 years, 2 months and 19 days.She is survived by 3 sons, Douglas Champion of Knoxville, Tennessee and Troy J. and Terry J. Baker, both of Clifton, Tennessee3 daughters, Carolyn A. Godfrey of Knoxville, Tennessee, Pamela A. Reynolds of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee and Marylee Lazzaro of New Tazewell, Tennessee14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren2 sisters, Brenda Rogers of Estill Springs, Tennessee and Linda Champion of Huntsville, Alabama.In addition to her parents and her husband, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Bud Coffelt and one grandchild, Marsha D. Walker.
