Betty Basham

Mrs. Betty Jean Lineberry Basham departed this life on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Waynesboro Health and Rehabilitation Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 80 Years, 5 Months, 7 Days. She was born July 28, 1937 in Perry County, TN the daughter of the late Robert Lee Lineberry and Vera Ray Lineberry Hoyt.

She was united in marriage to Jesse Basham on October 25, 1957.

Mrs. Basham was a homemaker, member of the Clifton Presbyterian Church and the Eastern Star # 355

She is survived by her husband Jesse Basham, Clifton, TN., daughters, Connie Berlin, husband Kenny, Columbia, TN, Debra Davis, husband Caldwell, Clifton, TN., grandchildren, Jessica (Paul) Brannon, Kristal (Corey) Chrisman, Alex (Nena) Berlin, April (Greg) Williams, Kris Davis, great grandchildren, Gracie, Colton, Dawson, Jackson, Easton, Alexis, Madison, Cason, Caitlyn, Kenlee, Arabella and Kamorrah.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Basham was preceded in death by sister, Linda Lineberry and step father, Russell Hoyt.

Services will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 1:00 PM Clifton Presbyterian Church in Clifton, Tennessee, with Shayne Riley officiating. Burial will follow in Clifton Cemetery, Clifton, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be on Saturday, January 6, 11:00 am until service time @ Clifton Presbyterian Church.
