Betty Jane Carlock

BETTY JANE THOMPSON CARLOCKwas born in Savannah, Tennessee on February 11, 1936 the daughter of the late James Albert and Mary Inez Wood Thompson.On September 1, 1957 she was united in marriage to Herbert William Carlock, Jr., who preceded his wife in death on August 27, 1998Betty was a retired bookkeeper for various accounting firms. She was a member of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Savannah, Tennessee. Betty departed this life on August 28, 2012 at the Harmony Hills Assisted Living in Huntingdon, Tennessee at the age of 76 years, 6 months and 17 days.She is survived by her two sons, Lieutenant Commander Herbert William Carlock, III, United States Navy retired and his wife Deanna of San Diego, California and Rev. Dr. Jon Thompson Carlock and his wife Myra of McKenzie, Tennessee2 grandchildren, Andrew Thompson Carlock and Herbert William Carlock, IV, both of San Diego, California
