Betty Evelene Hollander

Betty Evelene Holt Hollander departed this life at her home April 24, 2016 in Lutts, Tennessee at the age of 83 Years, 27 Days. She was born March 28, 1933 in Iron City, TN the daughter of the late Samuel and Nancy Daniel Holt. She was united in marriage to Willie "Bill" Edward Hollander on November 11, 1950.

Mrs. Hollander was a retired seamstress at Angelica at Collinwood and a member of the Burns Chapel Freewill Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband Willie Edward Hollander of Lutts, TN, two sons, Gregory Alan Hollander wife Renay of Lutts, TN and Stanley Edward Hollander and wife Shelia of Barton, AL, a sister, Ivadean Daniel and husband Bobby of Collinwood, Thelma Williams of New Haven, Michigan nine grandchildren, Nathan Hollander and wife Alicia, Bethany Webb and her husband Jonathan, Lindsey Barrier and husband Brennan, Heather, Hannah, and Ashley Hollander, Samantha Davis, Bailey and Amber Hollander, ten great grandchildren, Shelby, Allie, and Remington Hollander, Chelsea Barrier, Trinity, Hayden, Christina, and Channing Hollander, Salenia and Sonya Davis.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Aimee Hollander, brothers Ed and Carater Holt and sister Bertha Holt.
Services will be held on April 26, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel in Collinwood, Tennessee with Edward Burbank officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens at Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be Monday from 6:00-9:00 and Tuesday from 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
