Betty Ann Davis Hurst

Betty Ann Davis Hurst departed this life on Saturday, July 9, 2022, at the age of 72 years, 8 months, and 26 days. She was born in Hardin County, Tennessee, on October 13, 1949, the daughter of the late Louis Ross and Cinderella Davis. On December 20, 1991, she was united in marriage to James Robert Hurst, who preceded her in death on May 10, 2010.

Betty Ann had lived in Hardin County, Tennessee for most of her life, but for 20 years had called McNairy County, Tennessee home as well. She was a member of St. John's Missionary Baptist Church in Savannah. Betty Ann enjoyed puzzles, reading, westerns and soap operas, loved flower gardening, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Rodney O. Davis of Jacksonville, Florida and Rhonda O. Davis of Savannah, Tennessee; sisters, Mary Ross and Barbara Ross, both of Savannah, Tennessee; brother, Willie E. Davis of Clarksville, Tennessee; grandchildren, Ryan Davis, Roderick Lowery, Dejuan Davis, Demi Davis, and Cassie Lowery; and great grandchildren, Nissi, Destiny, Caleb, Ethan, Gabriel, Breanna, and Brayden.
