She was born May 31, 1938, in Gibson County, TN, the daughter of the Late Brodie A. Mosier and Gracie Riggs Mosier Hurst Hudspeth. Their two-part harmony lasted a lifetime. They enjoyed playing in mixed double bowling leagues in the 1970’s.

George and Betty were married for 67 years, until his death at 92 years old on February 4, 2021. Betty’s health had been in decline for several years. George was her dedicated and loving caregiver until his death.
