Betty Frances Johnson

Betty Frances Flatt Johnson was born October 15, 1933 in Morris Chapel, TN the daughter of the late Leonard Andrew and Lois Presley Flatt.

Miss Johnson was a homemaker. She attended the Ridleys Chapel Apostolic Church. Some of her favorite pastimes were going to square dances, fishing, working jigsaw puzzles, playing with her grandchildren, and baking cakes.

Miss Johnson departed this life on July 21, 2013 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 79 Years, 9 Months, 6 Days. She is survived by three daughters, Joyce Patterson of Adamsville, TN, Betty Sue Patterson and husband Larry of Selmer, TN, Billie Lowrance and husband Ricky of Selmer, TN; two sons, Mike Johnson and wife Brenda of Selmer, TN, Jimmy Johnson of Bethel Springs, TN; seven brothers, Lee Flatt and wife Judy of Bethel Springs, TN, Roy Flatt and wife Dianne of Bethel Springs, TN, James Ray Flatt and companion Debbie of Jackson, TN, Glynn Flatt and companion Lisa of Bethel Springs, TN, Robert Earl Flatt and wife Betty of Finger, TN, Thomas Flatt of Parsons, TN, Johnny Flatt of Finger, TN; four sisters, Maudie Brent and husband Bill of Reagan, TN, Lilian Hatch of Bethel Springs, TN, Dee Vandiver and husband Larry of Bolivar, TN, Martha Sue Rowland and husband Gaylon of Bethel Springs, TN; seven grandchildren, Anthony Patterson and wife Amy of Cairo, MS, Kendra Patterson of Adamsville, TN, Billy Patterson of Selmer, TN, Daniel Patterson of Selmer, TN, Travis Lowrance of Selmer, TN, Tina Presley of Morris Chapel, TN, Jimmy Edward Johnson Jr. and wife Amber of Selmer, TN; and five great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Miss Johnson was preceded in death by a half- sister, Audrey Mooney; and a granddaughter, Christal Patterson.
