Betty Ann Mayfield was born September 14, 1941 in McNairy County, TN, the daughter of the late James Albert and Essie Pearl Whitten Mayfield. She was a long time resident of Maplewood Healthcare in Jackson, TN.
Ms. Mayfield departed this life on January 1, 2015 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 73 Years, 3 Months, 18 Days.
She is survived by a sister, Reva Hurley of Memphis, TN and a brother, Jerry Mayfield and wife Pat of Benton AR.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Mayfield was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Mayfield; a brother, Gordon Mayfield; and a brother-in-law, Bill Hurley.
Memorials: Mt. Gilead Baptist Church or charity of your choice.
