Ms. Betty Gayle McClain departed this life on Friday, August 31, 2018, at the age of 70 Years, 1 Month, 14 Days. She was born July 17, 1948 in Hohenwald, TN the daughter of the late Walter and Mary Neva Walker McClain.
Ms. Betty was a factory laborer for 30 years at Clifton Manufacturing and a member of the Friendship Baptist Church.
She is survived by son, Shane McClain, wife Janet of Clifton, TN; granddaughter, Rachel Kate McClain; sisters, Wanda Martin of Waynesboro, TN, Sherry Nelson of Westpoint, TN.
Services will be held on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 1:00 PM Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Ricky Nelson officiating. Burial will follow in Walker Cemetery, Clifton, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 25, 9:00 am until service time at Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro
Pallbearers; John Scott, Dwight Bumphus, Junior Cookson, Jason Cookson, Roger Smith, Jamie Simmons
