Betty Sue Jones Raines Milford was born July 15, 1933 in McNairy County, TN the daughter of the late James Dalton Jones and Zilpha Horton Jones. She peacefully departed this life on August 16, 2020 in Stantonville, Tennessee at the age of 87 Years, 1 Month, 1 Day. She was united in marriage to Billy Wymon Milford on July 5, 1955.

Betty was a member of the Mount Vinson United Methodist Church in Stantonville, Tennessee. She enjoyed sewing, quilting and spending time with family.

She is survived by her children: Charles Raines (Carol) of Spring Hill, TN, Debora Horton (Jerry) of Stantonville, TN, Connie Gallaher (Travis) of Tupelo, MS, Jeffrey Milford (Suzanne) of Mountain Home, AK, Chris Milford (Kathy) of Adamsville, TN, Cynthia Fondren (Nickey) of Stantonville, TN, Roger Milford (Bettina) of Stantonville, TN, John Milford (Deanna) of Stantonville, TN; sister, Marie Jones Volner (Bill) of Selmer, TN; a brother, Jerry N. Jones (Linda) of Selmer, TN; 16 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Mrs Milford was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Clay Raines Jr.; second husband, Billy Wymon Milford; two sisters, Louise Jones Teague, Carolyn Jones Milam; three brothers: Donald Nelson Jones, Lt. Col. J. D. Jones, Charles Jones.
