Betty Sue Nance was born on October 4, 1938 in Wayne County, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Clarence Lee and Kate K. Evans Nance.
Betty was a homemaker. She loved reading, going to yard sales, being outside, talking with people. Betty's greatest joy was spending time with family and great grandchildren.
Betty Sue Nance departed this life on September 25, 2023 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 84 years, 11 months, and 21 days.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Kristen Meece and Dorris Stanfill; and great grandchildren, Caidyn Meece, Cailee Meece, and Jamiee Stanfill.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her daughter, Katie Sue Lineberry; sisters, Annie Nance and Mary Dockery; and brothers, Bobby Nance, Frankie Nance, Robert Nance, Michael Nance, John Nance, and Neil Nance.
