Henderson, TN: Betty Joyce Miller Parker, age 72 passed away August 10, 2010 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
She was born in Chester County the daughter of the late Homer Odell and Gladys Odell Kinchen Miller. She was married to Shelby Parker in 1957. They made their home in Chester County. She worked for Chester Manufacturing until retiring in 1993. She was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Connie Dunn and husband Jimmy and Candy Parker all of Henderson; three sons, Mike Parker and wife Janice of Linden, TN, Ronnie Parker of Selmer and Donnie Parker of Jackson; a sister, Carolyn Johnson of Jacks Creek; two brothers, Junior Miller of Enville and Danny Ray Miller of Finger; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and a daughter, Shelia Conder.
