Betty King Plunk

Betty King Plunk was born April 26, 1947 in Selmer, TN, the daughter of the late Roy C. King and Maxine Hobson King. She departed this life on April 26, 2023 in Tupelo, Mississippi at the age of 76 Years.

Betty was a Baptist in belief. She worked for the Tennessee Department of Human Services for 39 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and hanging out with her cousins that were special to her. 

She is survived by a son, Scott Plunk and wife Susan; two grandchildren, Lane and Colton Plunk all of Blue Springs, MS; nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by three brothers: Robert Leland King, Danny Powell, and Rickie King.
