Betty Stewart

Mrs. Betty Stewart , age 93 of Toone, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022 at Bolivar General Hospital.

Mrs. Stewart was born on March 18, 1929, to Thomas Roger Williams and Aileen Mae Keitel Williams. She resided in Memphis, TN until 1975 when she moved to Toone, TN. She was the widow of Mr. William McKinley Stewart. Mrs. Stewart was a member Toone Baptist Church, and was a retired employee of the U.S. Postal Service. She enjoyed traveling, crocheting and camping.

Mrs. Stewart was survived by her daughter, Jean Young; her sons, Richard Northcott of Toone and John Thomas Northcott of Anaheim, CA; grandchildren, Amber Kay Northcott, Jarek Mitchell, Lindsey Nicole Combs, Nick Combs, Jamie Moore, Justin Moore, Chris Northcott, Dawn Munoz, Tammy Smith, Duane Northcott, and Kimberly Northcott Mitchell; and several great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, William Robert Northcott and James Patrick Northcott.
