Bill C. Franklinwas born in Paris, Arkansas on April 4, 1939 the son of the late Charley and Fredricka Frances Franklin.On June 25, 1959 he was united in marriage to Peggy Autry, who survives.Mr. Franklin was a Fabrication Engineer for Bolthouse Farms in Bakersfield, California. He had also worked for Gold Ribbon Potato Company. Mr. Franklin loved baseball, softball, and golf.Mr. Franklin departed this life on Friday, August 27, 2010 at the age of 71 years, 4 months, 23 days.In addition to his wife, he is survived by 2 sons, Richard Franklin and his wife Susan of Morris Chapel, Tennessee, Randall Franklin and his wife Sharla of Adamsville, Tennessee; 8 grandchildren, Seth, Tyler, Jessica, Tawna, Gage, Caleb, Brooke, and William; 3 brothers, Roger Franklin of Pennsylvania, Michael Franklin and Terry Franklin both of Bakersfield, California; 2 sisters, Lynn Walters and Sandy Johnson both of Arvin, California.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Janie Killian; 2 brothers, Henry and Tommy Franklin.
