Bill E. Joiner was born on July 10, 1952 in Brinkley, Arkansas, the son of the late Carl Edward and Lillie Mae Mooneyhand Joiner.
In 2013, he was united in marriage to Linda Dian Brinkley Jones Joiner, who survives.
Bill worked in construction as a dry wall finisher. He lived in Savannah, Tennessee for the last 18 years. Bill loved spending time with his family, his dogs, fishing, cook outs and his country music. He believed strongly in God and Country.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Dian Joiner of Savannah, Tennessee; son, Bill Joiner, Jr. and wife Michell of Louisville, Kentucky; step children, Tina Franks and husband Rex of Savannah, Tennessee, Teddy Jones and wife Amanda of Pickwick, Tennessee, Timmy Jones and wife Becky of Savannah, Tennessee, and Tyson Jones of Savannah, Tennessee; brother, Jimmy Carl Joiner Sr. of Louisville, Kentucky; sisters, Brenda Sue Thrasher of Oklahoma and Pamala Joe Hester of Sheperdsville, Kentucky; grandchildren, Bethany Joiner, Kala Brook Joiner, and Seth Joiner; step grandchildren, Teara Bearden, Tanner Bearden, Morgan Layne and husband Robert, Jordon Jones, and Logan Jones; great grandchild, Carlson Joiner; step great grandchildren, Trevor Waldrop, Tia Waldrop, and Warner Layne.
In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his sister, Sharon Gail Travis; brother, Carl Edward Joiner, Jr.; half brothers, Frank Mooneyhand and Jessie James Mooneyhand.
