Mr. Warren passed away Saturday morning at Bolivar General Hospital.
He was born in Madison County, the son of the late Willie Dock and Lola King Warren. Mr. Warren lived his entire life in Hardeman County. On December 5, 1965, he was united in marriage to Carolyn Eubanks Warren and they were married 51 years at the time of his death. For 23 years, Mr. Warren was the owner/operator of Warren's Small Engines near Toone. He also had worked for Sealtest, Gene Howell Feed Mill, Mike Waller Feed Mill and Harman Automotive.
He was a member of Toone Baptist Church, but in recent years attended Shandy Baptist Church with his wife - where he always stood ready to help her with the work of the church. In his leisure time, Bill enjoyed flea markets, gardening, cooking for others and especially his beloved dog, "Brownie".
In addition to his wife, he leaves his daughter, Lisa Warren of Nashville; his son, Tim Warren (Brenda) of Saltillo, TN; four grandchildren, Hailey Thomas (Brett), Emilee Thomas (Riley), Dalton and Callie Ann Smith; and two great-grandchildren, Lilie and Brice Thomas (children of Hailey and Brett).
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Hill; and four brothers, Everette, Doug, Tom and Pete Warren.
