Billie Jean Biffle

Billie Biffle died on 24 October 2016 in Nashville. She was born September 30, 1926 in Wayne County Tennessee to the late Charlie and Maybelle Young Lynch. On December 18, 1947 she married her best friend Ret. Air Force Master Sgt Olin A. Biffle who preceded her in death on December 16, 2003. She is survived by her children Deborah Glidden (Bill) of Columbia and Steven Biffle (Marilyn) of Donelson; grandchildren Heather Biffle Pruitt and Allen Biffle Petty, great grandchildren Michael, Jacob and Adam Pruitt; sisters Martha Templeton (Curt) of Goodlettsville, Shirley Daniel (Frank) of Woodbury, Reba Speakman (Kenneth) of Old Hickory, brother Thomas Lynch (Georgann) of Murfreesboro. She was preceded in death by five sisters and three brothers.



Funeral services will be at the Donelson View Baptist Church, where she was a member, on Friday, 28 October 2016 at 10:00 a.m. with visitation at 9:00 a.m. before the service. Service will be conducted by her pastor and friend Bro. Bo Fawbush. Burial will be in the Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery in Wayne County beside her husband. Graveside services will be conducted by her former pastor and friend Bro. Cal Hampton. Active pallbearers will be her children, grandchildren, niece and nephew. Honorary pallbearers will be her church family, neighbors and friends. In lieu of flowers she asks that you give to your church or charity of choice.
