Beyond her professional achievements, Billie Jo was an avid golfer, enjoying the serene challenge and camaraderie the sport provided. She also found great joy in tending to her flowers and garden, cultivating beauty and tranquility in her surroundings with loving care and patience.

Billie Jo was preceded in death by her beloved spouse, Charles Galloway. She is survived by her niece Janice Cole, and her great-niece Rachel Cole, along with great-nephew Matthew Ian Cole and his wife Rachel of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
