Billy Wayne Kelley

Billy Wayne Kelley of Clifton was born August 30, 1948 in Hohenwald, TN the son of the late Allen Everett and Myrtle Ancie Bunch Kelley. Mr. Kelley died Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Jackson Madison County Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 66 Years, 3 Months, 6 Days. He was a retired tow boat captain.

He is survived by his wife Gina Skelton Kelley of Clifton, TN, a son, Michael Kelley of Savannah, TN, two stepdaughters, Sondra L. Knight of Worth, IL and Darlene Cagle of Dyersburg, TN, nine grandchildren, Josh Culp, Fallon Culp, Daniel S. Knight, Drew Cagle, Elizabeth Kelley, Tommy Kelley, Gracie Kelley, Brayden Kelley, Kiersten Kelley, a brother, Robert Allen Kelley and a sister, Mary Sue Rudd both of Smithland, KY. In addition to his parents, Mr. Kelley was preceded in death by two brothers, Terry and Hillard Kelley.

Services will be Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel in Waynesboro, Tennessee. Burial will follow in Clifton Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 11:00AM - 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
