BUD WALKER

Henderson, TN: Billy Thomas Walker Jr., age 68, passed away on June 28, 2026, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

He was born at Ramey Air Force Base in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, and raised in Tennessee. He was the firstborn son of the late Billy Thomas Walker and Ana Herminia Lebron and graduated from Tennessee Preparatory School in Nashville.

He worked for many years as a plumber and in lawn maintenance. He loved the country roads of Henderson, Tennessee, and enjoyed writing poems. Known for his humor and lively spirit, he could brighten any room and make people laugh. He was a devoted father and grandfather, a faithful brother, and always looked out for his younger siblings.

Bud is survived by his son, Bose Thomas Walker of Jackson, TN; his grandchild, Ana Dur Martin; three brothers, Richard Walker (Teresa) of Henderson, Spencer Walker (Ashton) of Medina, TN, and J.T. Walker of Henderson; and two sisters, Theresa Walker (Bill) of Smyrna, TN, and Dorthy Lebron of Emeryville, CA.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Carmen Llorens; and his brothers, Tom and Michael Walker.

A celebration of life service will be announced at a later date.
