Billy Joe Ward was born April 29, 1959 in Atlanta, Georgia the son of Jo Ann Davis Douthit and the late Roosevelt Ward.
Mr. Ward was a self employed Automotive mechanic . He was a member of the New Creation Ministries in Savannah, Tennessee.
He enjoyed fishing, gun collecting, and loved working on cars.
Mr. Ward departed this life on July 16, 2014 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 55 Years, 2 Months, 17 Days.
In addition to his mother he is survived by three sons, BJ Ward of Savannah, Tennessee, Bobo Huff of Savannah, Tennessee, Roy Lynn Huff of Savannah, Tennessee; five sisters, Joannie South of Corinth, Mississippi, Sandra McCielland of Savannah, Tennessee, Rosie Lee Arnold of Savannah, Tennessee, Phyllis Murphy of Savannah, Tennessee, Kim Ward of Lawton, Tennessee;and a brother, George Douthit of San Jose, California.
In addition to his father, Mr. Ward was preceded in death by one daughter, Gannetta Ann Ward.
