Bobbie Droke

Bobbie Droke was born in Alcorn County, Mississippi on November 30, 1935, the daughter of the late Gean and Veva Gurley Roberts. She married James Howard Droke, who preceded her in death on April 22, 2012. Bobbie departed this life on November 22, 2019, at the age of 83 years, 11 months, and 23 days.

Bobbie was of the Pentecostal belief. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, needlepoint sewing, watching soap operas, and playing solitaire on the computer. Bobbie loved her great grandchildren.

Bobbie is survived by her sons, Gary Droke and Mark Droke, both of Savannah, Tennessee; a daughter, Conchita Stephens of Crump, Tennessee; grandchildren, Mack, Christine, Brett, and Phillip; great grandchildren, Molly, Kane, Emsley and Kimzey; and great great grandchild, Isabella.

In addition to her husband and parents, Bobbie was preceded in death by her grandson, Joey Droke.

A memorial visitation will be held on November 30, 2019 from 12:00-1:00 at Shackelford Funeral Directors.
