BOBBIE SUE EDWARDS

 Reagan, TN: Bobbie Sue Traylor Edwards, age 67 passed away January 6, 2025, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

She was born August 3, 1957, in Peoria, IL, the daughter of the late Bobby Gene and Mary Lou Reel Traylor. She grew up in Mackinaw, IL, until her last year of high school when she moved to Adams, TN, where she graduated from Joe Byrns High School in 1975.

She married Mike Wilder in the spring of 1977. They made their home in Allensville, KY and they had three children together.

She later married Bobby Edwards on August 29, 2009, and they moved to Reagan, TN in 2018.

She enjoyed planting and raising flowers, working on jig saw puzzles and crossword puzzles. She was also an excellent cook.

She was a devoted homemaker and loved spending time with her family.

Mrs. Edwards is survived by her husband, Bobby Dee Edwards of Reagan; two sons, Steven Gene Wilder of Elkton, KY and William Robert Wilder of Elkton, KY; a daughter, Carissa Ann Wilder of Elkton, KY and two stepchildren, Keith Clifton Edwards of Creve Couer, IL and Jayme Schurman of Enville, TN; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren; a brother, Jeral Robert Traylor of Mackinaw, IL and two sisters, Traci Traylor Evans (Scott) of Chattanooga, TN and Lorie Ann Giacinti (Ralph) of York, SC; and a special niece, Cassandra De Arcos (Adam) of Chicago, IL.

She was preceded in death by a stepson, Todd Jonathan Edwards and a brother, Bobby Neal Traylor.
