Bobby Banks

BOBBY GENE BANKS

Was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on February 22, 1940 the son of the late William Clyde and Ruby Lee Wilkerson Banks.

On October 11, 1992 he was united in marriage to Mary Wardlow, who preceded her husband in death on March 2, 2017.

Bobby worked for as an auto mechanic for Bruce's Auto Repair.

He departed this life on July 22, 2020 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 80 years and 5 months.

Bobby is survived by his two daughters, Patty Oakley and Sissy Banks, both of Goodrich, Texas; sisters, Mary Rose and Janice Jones, both of Savannah, Tennessee; and brothers, Charles Banks and Ancil Banks, both of Savannah, Tennessee.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by one sister, Elizabeth Faye Miller, and two brothers, Lloyd Banks and Jerry Allen Banks.
