Henderson, TN: Robert David ‘Bobby’ Finley age 70 passed away March 6, 2013 at the Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Bobby was born and reared in Chester County, the son of Bobbye Raymelle Lipscomb Finley and the late David Finley. He graduated from Chester County High School in 1960. He married Susan Plunk. He graduated from the University of Memphis and they made their home in Memphis for a couple of years. He moved back to Henderson and worked as a Pharmaceutical Representative for UpJohn and Nuclear Medical Laboratories. He married Vicki Morrison in 1984. They made their home near Montezuma. Bobby worked as an automobile salesman for Bolton Ford, Mick Maness, and Lofton Chevrolet. He was a member of the Haltom’s Chapel Methodist Church.
Bobby is survived by his wife, Vicki Lynn Morrison Finley; his mother, Bobbye Raymelle Lipscomb Finley; a daughter, Sarah Ellis and husband Joe and two grandchildren, Benjamin and Isaac Ellis all of Henderson.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Casey Chapel with Mike Scheaffer and Ken Frye officiating and burial will follow in Cave Springs Cemetery in Chester County.
The family will receive friends at Casey Chapel 5 PM until 9 PM Friday.
