Bobby Gene
Gray
Jul 6, 1932 — Oct 26, 2026
Stantonville, TN
Bobby Gene Gray, age 94, of Stantonville, Tennessee, passed away on October 26, 2026.
Born on July 6, 1932, in Shiloh, Tennessee, Bobby was the son of the late Lee Roy Gray and Ocie Ola Daniel Gray. On December 12, 1953, he married the love of his life, Bulah Lael Barber Gray. Together, they shared over 72 years of a deeply devoted marriage until her passing on February 27, 2026. Their bond was a true testament to unconditional love—as their son fondly remembered, he never once heard them fuss, knowing that absolutely nothing could ever come between them.
A hard worker who loved his community, Bobby spent most of his life farming the land. He also owned and operated a car lot in Adamsville, Tennessee, and served his community for over 15 years as a dedicated school bus driver. He was a faithful member of West Shiloh Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee Roy and Ocie Ola Gray; his beloved wife, Lael; his brother, James E. Gray; and his sister, Linda Sue Spears.
Bobby is survived by his two sons, Bob Gray and wife Debbie of Adamsville, TN, and Brent Gray and wife Martha of Stantonville, TN; and his three cherished grandchildren, Kerby Gray, Caroline Gray, and Isabella Gray.
A celebration of life honoring Bobby will be held at a later date.
