Bobby Ray Holt

Bobby Ray Holt of Collinwood, TN was born December 15, 1957 in Wayne Co., TN, the son of the late Charlie Houston Holt and Pearl Lilly Newborn. He married Olivia Denise Clay on February 7, 1997.

Mr. Holt was a mechanic and of the Baptist faith and departed this life on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at Select Speciality Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 62 Years, 6 Months and 24 Days.

He is survived by his wife, Olivia Denise Holt of Collinwood, TN; sons, Bobby Shannon Holt, Cody Clay, Ryan Clayand Jordan Holt and a daughter, Tequilia Clay of Collinwood, TN; a brother, Johnny Holt and wife, Glenda of Collinwood, TN; sisters, Alice Marie Holt of Iron City, TN and Mary Lou Sherrill of Collinwood, TN; sister-in-law, Mary Kathryn Holt of Collinwood, TN; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Holt was preceded in death by brothers, Charlie J., Billy Wade and Glen Holt and sisters, Lydia Fay Bratcher and Mavis Newborn.

Services will be held on Sunday, July 12, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Cromwell Crossroads Church, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Tim Hanback officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, assisting the family. Visitation begins at 5 pm on Saturday, July 11, 2020 until service time.

Pallbearers will be Brice McCurry, Gerald Risner, Dwight Sherrill, Stacy Holt, Chris Caperton and Dustin Clay.
