Bobby Cecil Holt

Bobby Cecil Holt of Cypress Inn, TN, was born August 22, 1937 in Wayne County, TN, the son of the late Aaron Thomas Holt and Walsie Gwendolyn Brison Holt Pulley. He was united in marriage to Etheleen Daniel on April 25, 1959. Mr. Holt was retired from Murray Ohio Manufacturing and was a dedicated member and song leader at Millrock Freewill Baptist Church in Collinwood, Tennessee and departed this life Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Wayne Medical Center, Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 79 Years, 3 Months, 25 Days. He is survived by his wife, Etheleen Daniel Holt of Cypress Inn, TN; sons, Reggie Holt and wife, Pam and Randall Holt and wife, Tonya all of Lawrenceburg, TN; grandchildren, Allison Holt, Katie Morris, Laura Denney and Bethaney, Daniel, Kaleigh, Lakeah and Rylee Holt; great-grandchildren, Zoey, Seth and Thad Morris, Owen Marshall, Hannah Denney and Emree Holt; a brother, Billy Holt of Cypress Inn, TN; a sister, Margaret Hammack of Collinwood, TN; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Holt was preceded in death by brothers, Tom Holt and Larry Pulley and stepfather, Albert Pulley.

Services will be Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Joel Wallace officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Pallbearers will be Stacey Holt, Ricky Berry, Keith Hensley, Paul Dixon, Jimmy Caperton and Roger Faires.

Visitation will be Monday, December 19, 2016 from 5 pm to 9 pm and Tuesday, December 20, 2016 from 9 am until service time at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the American Lung Association, the Butterfly Foundation or to a charity of your choice.
