Bobby Wayne Mullins

Bobby Wayne Mullins was born February 2, 1937 in McNairy County, TN the son of the late Leton and Jessie King Mullins.

He was united in marriage to Kay Selle on April 10, 1966.

Mr. Mullins was a graduate of Ramer High School. He operated a barber shop for 17 years before going to work for the National Can Company in Memphis as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. He retired from Coors Brewing Company in Memphis. Mr. Mullins was a 32nd Degree Mason and had served as the former Master of the Collierville Masonic Lodge. After returning to Selmer, he moved his membership to the Selmer Masonic Lodge. He had also served his country for 8 years as a member of the Mississippi National Guard.

Mr. Mullins departed this life on July 6, 2014 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 77 Years, 5 Months, 4 Days. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Kay (Selle) Mullins of Ramer, TN; two sons, Perry Wayne Mullins and wife Kim of Ramer, TN and David Allen Mullins and wife Sophia of Collierville, TN; a grandchild, Matthew Wayne Mullins; a brother, A. C. (Moon) Mullins of Corinth, MS; and many extended family and friends.

Memorial contributions in memory of Mr. Mullins may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to a church of the donor's choice.
