Bobby O'Neal

November 18, 1970 -- May 30, 2026

Bobby O'Neal, a man known for his caring heart, Southern manners, and tireless work ethic, died on May 30, 2026. Bobby smiled easily and always had a kind word for others. He grew up in the country in Enville, Tennessee, and made his home in Humboldt, Tennessee.

Bobby had a lifelong passion for building and fixing things, a calling he turned into a fulfilling career in maintenance and electrical services. Most recently, he served as a Maintenance Technician for Chicago Metallic in Humboldt, Tennessee. His career also included tenures in maintenance with Neo Products Corporation, work at Razor's Edge in Henderson, Tennessee, and time on the water as a deck hand with Southern Towing and Artco ADM, where he was honored with the Safety Award in 2008.

Bobby earned certificates in industrial electrical, small engine repair, and welding from the Tennessee Technology Center at Crump, and completed his GED through Chester County Adult Education.

Bobby is survived by his daughters, Madisan O'Neal of Lexington, TN, and Ilyana Carson of Henderson, TN; and his sisters, Cheryl Kenyon (Michael) of Bellarthur, NC; Michelle Powell (David) of Henry, TN; Lee Ann O'Neal of Houston, TX; and Sarah Kim White of Houston, TX.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Tera O'Neal, and his sisters, Angela Menchise and Jodi Irving.

Funeral Services for Bobby will be 1:30 PM, Sunday, June 7, 2026, at Shackelford Funeral Directors Crook Avenue Chapel in Henderson.

The family will receive friends at Crook Avenue, Friday, June 5, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
