Bobby Baxter Pickett

Bobby Baxter Pickett was born on September 29, 1941 in Clifton, Tennessee, the son of the late Walter and Mary Jack Pickett.

On March 27, 1973, he was united in marriage to Charlene McDonald, who preceded her husband in death on June 25, 2025.

Bobby graduated from Frank Hughes High School in 1959 and was voted Mr. Frank Hughes. He later worked for Austin Real Estate as a realtor. Bobby and his wife, Charlene, founded Shiloh Ministries.

Bobby Baxter Pickett departed this life on Thursday, November 6, 2025 in Savannah, Tennessee, at the age of 84 years, 1 month, and 8 days.

He is survived by his sons, Bobby Pickett, Jr. of Memphis, Tennessee and Lee Pickett of Munford, Tennessee; sister, Vicki Powell and her husband Larry of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Justin Pickett and his wife Theresa, Jessica Pickett, Joshua Pickett, Jacob Pickett, and Gracie Pickett; and great grandchildren, Canon Pickett and Oliver Pickett.

In addition to his wife and parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his brothers, Ricky Walter Pickett and Danny Clarence Pickett.
