BOBBY GENE RUSSELL

was born on March 17, 1929 the son of the late Thomas C. and Lula Baugus Russell.

On October 25, 1953 he was united in marriage to Rena Lee Baugus, who survives.

Mr. Russell was the owner and operator of Russell's Trucking. He was a member for many years of Savannah Church of Christ. Mr. Russell loved fishing and was a very good handyman.

He departed this life on September 13, 2013 at the Baptist Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 84 years, 5 months and 27 days.

In addition to his wife, Rena of Savannah, Tennessee, he is survived by his two sons, Joel Russell of Savannah, Tennessee and Randy Russell of Spring Hill, Tennessee

five grandchildren, John Colby Russell, Andrew Thomas Russell, Ryan Alex Russell, Ethan Connor Russell and Anna Caroline Russell

and two great grandchildren, Seth Simpson and John Wesley Russell

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one sister, Mary Ruth Crocker, one half sister, Daisy Matheny and two half brothers, Morris and Joe Gravett.
