BOBBY SIMMONS
was born in Wayne County, Tennessee on July 9, 1952 the son of the late Joe and Analou Prater Simmons.
Bobby proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He was self employed as a store owner. Bobby was a member of Olive Hill Baptist Church, Waynesboro Municipal Golf Course and Savannah Moose Lodge for over 30 years. In his spare time he enjoyed playing golf, swimming, reading and watching movies.
Bobby departed this life on March 29, 2020 at the age of 67 years, 8 months and 20 days.
He is survived by his uncle, Billy Simmons of Olive Hill, Tennessee; aunt, Reba Bachuss and her husband James of Savannah, Tennessee; and a host of cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to the Darryl Worley Cancer Treatment Center, 935 Wayne Road, Savannah, TN 38372.
