Bobby Glenn Wilson

Bobby Glenn Wilson of Cypress Inn, TN was born March 9, 1940 in Wayne Co, TN, the son of the late James (Jimmy) Aaron and Ada Belle Harper Wilson. He was united in marriage to Martha Lene Brown on March 25, 1966.

Mr. Wilson was a Dye Cast Operator and was a member of the Scotts Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in Cypress Inn, Tennessee and departed this life on Monday, May 20, 2019 at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, Alabama at the age of 79 Years, 2 Months, 11 Days.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Lene Brown Wilson of Cypress Inn, TN; a brother, Edward Boone Wilson of Iron City, TN; a sister, Christine Dyer of Howell, MI and nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by a brother, James Orville Wilson and a sister, Corene Powell.

Services will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Junior Overstreet, Tim Hanback and John E. Banks officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens at Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, assisting the family.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 23, 2019 from 6 pm to 9 pm and Friday, May 24, 2019 from 10 am to service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be David Berry, J. C. Daniel, Larry Miller, Ben Hanback, Hayden Stults and Taylor Overstreet. Honorary pallbearers will be Cody Pullin, Kyle Pullin and Caleb Berry.
