Bonnie Massey Johnson

Bonnie Lee Massey Johnson of Selmer, TN was born April 11, 1926 in McNairy County, TN the daughter of the late Dewey David and Zellie Fortune Massey. She was united in marriage to Harris Johnson on August 29, 1942. Mr. Johnson preceded her in death on August 6, 2002. Mrs. Johnson was a member of Selmer First Baptist Church.
Mrs. Johnson departed this life on May 25, 2017 in Selmer at the age of 91 Years, 1 Month, 14 Days. She is survived by a daughter, Gina Johnson Kane and husband Scot of Owensboro, KY; a brother, Larry Massey of Jackson, TN; a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by two sisters, Marie Durrance, Ima Jo Enoch; a brother, Esther Dee Massey.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, c/o Building Fund, 310 W. Court Ave., Selmer, TN 38375.
