Mrs. Shiver died Wednesday morning, March 13, 2013 at her home near Henderson, TN.
She was born in Middleton, the daughter of the late Jonathon Luther Yopp and Effie Fidelia Burgess Yopp. Mrs. Shiver married Ester Marce Shiver in 1943 and he passed February 23, 1999. She was a member of the Church of Christ and worked as an auditor for the Department of Labor. Mrs. Shiver moved back to this area in 1996.
She leaves a sister, Vadeen McKeown of Middleton. Mrs. Shiver was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Rodgie Reynolds of Bolivar; and a brother, Godwin "Buck" Yopp of Middleton.
