Mr. Hendrix passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2011.
A native of Dyer County, he was born August 27, 1988 to Jerry Hendrix of Dyersburg and Cynthia Hendrix of Bolivar and lived in Hardeman County since 1994. He worked at Hyman's Tire in Bolivar for 4 years and attended Porter's Creek Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Nicholas Dawayne Hendrix of Bolivar; a brother, Jason Wayne Hendrix of Henning; two sisters, Tina Hendrix Welch of Dyersburg and Nancy Hendrix of Nashville; maternal grandparents, Liz and Joe Henson of Dyersburg and Susan Follis of Byhalia, MS; and a stepfather, Terry Russell of Middleton. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Wayne Follis, Sr.; and paternal grandparents, N.C. Hendrix and Monnell Hendrix.
