Brown Mitchell

Brown Mitchell was born on June 30,1925 in Hardin County, Tennessee to Jim and Tinnie Mitchell, who preceded him in death. On December 3, 1963 he was united in marriage to Mae Pilkinton.He worked as a self-employed carpenter and farmer. He loved fishing, gardening, growing and selling his tomatoes. He attended First Assembly of God Church of Savannah, Tennessee.Mr. Mitchell departed this life on April 17, 2013 at the age of 87 years, 9 months and 18 days at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee.He is survived by his wife, Mae Pilkinton Mitchell of Savannah, Tennessee; daughters, Janice Lambert and her husband, Ronnie of Savannah, Tennessee and Pam Thompson and her husband, Randy of Saltillo, Tennessee; sons, William Mitchell and his wife, Brenda of Henderson, Tennessee and Danny and his wife, Ginger of Savannah, Tennessee; ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Lynn Mitchell; sisters, Julie Franks, Etta Pickens, Della Pickens, Evie Price, and Evon Brown; brothers, Grady Mitchell, Johnny Mitchell, Dan Mitchell, Walker Mitchell and Hardin Mitchell.
