Roland Rosenberger was born June 29, 1929 in Fairbury, Illinois the son of the late Bruce Deavers and Grace Imo Deiffenderfer Rosenberger.
On February 6, 1955, he was united in marriage to Ruth Mae Lee.
Mr. Rosenberger was the plant engineer at General Electric and retired in 1994. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Beaumont, Texas. Mr. Rosenberger was a veteran of the United State Navy serving as a Chief Petty Officer, first class for seven years. He served during the Korean War where he earned the National defense Service Medal. He was a member of the American Legion, an accomplished musician,and served as a baseball coach for the General Electric baseball team as well as for various Little League teams.
Mr. Rosenberger departed this life on August 11, 2010 in at the age of 81 Years, 1 Month, 13 Days. He is survived by his wife Ruth Mae (Lee) Rosenberger of Selmer, TN; three daughters, Georgia Ann Jones and husband Terry of Rutherford, TN, Anita Ruth Locke and husband Barry of Ramer, TN, and Brenda Renee Fugera and husband John of Deltona, FL; a son, Brian Eric Rosenberger of Courtland, MS; eight grandchildren, Michael Hurt, Justin Locke, Laura (Hurt) Horner, Sarah Jo Locke, Bruce Tyler Jones, Daniel Anthony, Brendan Fugera, and Matthew Fugera; three great grandchildren, Jaxon Crue Hurt, Hannah Horner, and Nina Horner.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Rosenberger was preceded in death by a son, Daniel Bruce Rosenberger; and a brother, Brian Dale Rosenberger.
