Caden James Polk, newborn infant son of Steven Daniel Polk and Crystal Nicole King Polk, passed away peacefully in his parent's arms after experiencing only a few precious hours of life on February 17, 2017 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Survivors include his mother and father, Crystal Nicole King Polk and Steven Daniel Polk of Middleton; a sister, Lailah Morgan Polk; maternal grandmother, Patsy Darlene King of Middleton; paternal grandmother, Carol Boothe of Corinth, MS; two uncles, Tony Burse (Kim) of Middleton and Michael Boothe of Corinth, MS; and an aunt, Kerrie Whiteaker (Chris) of Jackson. He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Paul King, an uncle, Daniel and a special cousin.
Memorial donations in his name may be made to Brints Chapel Baptist Church.
