Calvin Jackson Kline

Calvin Jackson Kline was born on January 24, 1932 in Shickshinny, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Raymond H. and Virginia Lyle Kline.

On March 22, 1952, he was united in marriage to Dorothy Jean Duncan Kline, who preceded him in death on January 11, 2017.

Calvin honorably served his country in the United States Navy. He worked in fleet sales for Chuck Hutton Chevrolet for 15 years. He was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church and the Pioneer Sunday School Class. Calvin loved sports of all kinds, Grizzles, St. Louis Cardinals, University of Memphis, and especially loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

Calvin departed this life on May 3, 2024 in Bartlett, Tennessee at the age of 92 years, 3 months, and 9 days. 

He is survived by his daughters, Kim Lawler (Don) of Germantown, Tennessee and Holly Braswell (Mark) of Collerville, Tennessee; son, Clay Allison Kline of Memphis, Tennessee; grandchildren, Zachary Lawler (Amy Frances), Abby Yeo (Clive), Amy Braswell, John Mark Braswell (Chelsea), and Luke Braswell; great grandchildren, Hadley Lawler, Kensey Lawler, Ellie Kate Yeo, Sawyer Brooks Yeo, Battle Braswell, and JoJo Braswell; and sister, Patty Stevens (Larry) of Wysox, Pennsylvania.
